Meet Helena

Helena is originally from Williamstown, South Jersey, and is a proud cat mom to three cats: Holsten, a chonky tuxedo; Pru (aka Ninners), a light gray tabby; and Buffy (aka Babycat), her “most perfect” black cat. She’s also a god-mom to Pinky and Rocco, two German Shepherd/Husky mixes, and has a special place in her heart for Zoey, her childhood Pomeranian/Maltese.

A creative soul, Helena loves concerts and music festivals, dancing, creating art, cooking Italian food, and studying crystals. She even has her own craft business, Celestial Roots, where she creates unique pieces incorporating crystals and herbs. Helena has been a licensed cosmetologist for 12 years and is also a certified makeup artist. She was also an award-winning dancer in school and was selected to attend a special high school for dance.

Helena has volunteered at her local animal shelter and is passionate about animal welfare and advocating for victims of domestic violence. If she could be any animal, she’d be a whale so she could spend her days peacefully swimming in the ocean—although she admits she’s also considered becoming a mermaid!
